Mr. Carnahan
started with the Law Office of George M. Theofanis in August, 1999. He was formerly
associated with the Law Office of Timothy A. Larson from 1994 through 1999, where he represented applicants in their workers'
compensation cases and plaintiffs in their personal injury cases.
Prior to that,
he was a sole practitioner and house counsel for MCI Entertainment Group, practicing Entertainment Law from 1992 through 1994.
From 1987 through
1992, Mr. Carnahan was associated with Waters, McCluskey & Boehle, an insurance defense firm.
He has handled
all aspects of workers' compensation and civil litigation cases, including arbitrations, mediations, settlement conference
proceedings and court and jury trials.
