Mr. Theofanis practices workers' compensation insurance defense and was a firm founder in January of 1992. He was formerly associated
with the law firm of Evans, Cumming and Malter, where he represented various insurance companies from 1986 to 1991.
Prior to Evans, Cumming & Malter, Mr. Theofanis represented Industrial
Indemnity Insurance Company, where he was responsible for the defense of workers' compensation and liability insurance claims
from 1984 to 1986.
Over the course of his career, George Theofanis has had countless workers' compensation trials, arbitrations and depositions.
He has personally received 34 Take Nothings.
Mr. Theofanis is a frequent lecturer/teacher on workers' compensation issues
and techniques.
